It’s certainly been a stellar year for Disney at the box office so far; Captain America: Civil War leads the way with over $1.1 billion, while Zootopia just reached the billion dollar mark last week.
Well, Disney is celebrating another milestone today, with Jon Favreau’s live-action adaptation of the animated classic The Jungle Book reaching $900 million worldwide . That means Disney currently has the three biggest movies of the year, and the studio still has several other potential big hitters incoming, including Finding Dory, The BFG, Pete’s Dragon, Doctor Strange, Moana and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
